great park views and easy access to hiking trails

i had a pleasant stay with easy access to trails like the cherry creek crossing loop just a short walk away, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, making my solo trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and less noise from the entrance area.

great stay but needs better ventilation

The location is excellent with nearby pizza and BBQ places. Our room was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The staff provided friendly service during our entire stay.

There is an overpowering smell of carpet deodorizer in the first-floor hallway.

the musty smell hit us hard when we walked in , but the room had a nice fridge and microwave. the pool was clean and my kids had fun there. check-in was smooth and quick too.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, free parking, and a nice bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my heavy baggage, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a comfortable visit. I'm coming back for a new year!

Parking situation could be improved!!! The outdated furnishings detracted from the experience, and the noise from neighboring rooms really disrupted our stay. Additionally, the pool area needs better maintenance to ensure a more enjoyable environment!!!

We had a fun time hiking nearby trails and spending quality family time. The staff was welcoming and our room was spacious, perfect for our large family, including my elderly parents. The cleanliness made our stay comfortable overall, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

My kids wished for an easier way to access the pool area from the courtyard. It would’ve been great to allow access through the double doors instead of walking through the entire hotel.

The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a day out at Camelback Resort, and we also enjoyed some time in the casual TV room. Just a heads up, the door to our room gave us a bit of trouble locking sometimes, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all! 🏊‍♂️

The place had a nice vibe with a clean room and great water pressure in the shower. While some areas were a bit rundown and not everything worked perfectly, the friendly staff and convenient location made it a decent choice for a short stay.

the staff at pocono inn & banquet were exceptionally caring. despite cleanliness issues, it's heartwarming to feel supported, especially when there’s a 24-hour reception ready to assist.

Clean room, helpful staff, with great air conditioning that kept the room comfortable during my stay, and the location had easy access to a Dunkin’ Donuts right in the parking lot.

Nothing all excellent

The location was convenient with a Dunkin' nearby, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the room had cleanliness issues like a dirty floor and cobwebs. Service was inconsistent, and the lack of elevators made getting to our room challenging. If you're looking for easy access to coffee and a good location, it could work for a short stay, but improvements are needed in cleanliness.
